This Cancun resort offers 426 guestrooms and villas. A Y-shaped 11-story tower consists of three pyramid-shaped wings; another building houses three-story villas (without elevators). Rooms feature Hilton's signature Serenity Collection Beds, including the Suite Dreams mattress.
Each room has three telephones: a cordless phone by the bed, a full-feature phone on the large desk, and a wall-mounted phone in the bathroom. 27-inch TVs offer pay movies and video games. Wireless Internet access is available for a surcharge. Bathrooms include premium Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, waffle-weave robes, and terry-cloth slippers.
Guests of villa rooms enjoy access to an exclusive, air-conditioned check-in/concierge lounge with open-air terrace. Daily in the lounge they are served complimentary deluxe Continental breakfasts; afternoon snacks and nonalcoholic beverages; evening cocktails and hot and cold appetizers; and after-dinner desserts and coffee.
